These terms cover how you can use this website. They're separate from the contract you sign when you book a session with me, which is the document that actually governs our work together, your deliverables, payment, and image rights for that project.

Using This Site

This website and everything on it, including the photographs, text, and design, belongs to me unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to browse, share links to it, and reference it, but you can't copy, reproduce, or use the images or written content for your own commercial purposes without asking first.

The Work You See Here

The photographs in my portfolio are real client work, shared with permission. They represent examples of what I do, not a guarantee of specific results for every project, every person looks different in front of a camera and every session is shaped by what we're working toward together.

Booking a Session

Browsing this site or filling out an inquiry form doesn't create a contract between us. A booking is only confirmed once we've both signed a service agreement and your deposit has been received. That agreement, not this page, is what governs the details of your session: pricing, deliverables, scheduling, cancellation, and image usage rights.

No Guarantees

I do my best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but I can't guarantee it's always error-free, and pricing or availability shown here may not reflect real-time changes. If something looks off, reach out and I'll confirm the current details.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn't limit any rights or protections you're entitled to under Quebec consumer protection law.
